A 68-year-old male patient was diagnosed with a basal cell carcinoma (BCC) on the nose—one of the most common and cosmetically delicate areas for skin cancer. To ensure full cancer clearance and the best possible aesthetic outcome, Dr. Lance Henry, double board-certified dermatologist and micrographic surgeon, and the most experienced Fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon in the region, recommended Mohs micrographic surgery.
