Dr. Lance Henry, M.D.
Dr. Lance Henry is a board-certified dermatologist providing comprehensive medical and cosmetic treatment to patients at the Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center.
In addition to providing highly specialized care to his patients, Dr. Henry teaches dermatology residents and serves as an attending physician at the VA Medical Center/University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
Dr. Henry received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and received the Barton Foundation Scholarship for having the highest grade point average in his medical school class.
Upon completion of his degree, Dr. Henry completed his internship and residency training in dermatology at the University of Arkansas School of Medicine and served as Chief Resident during his final year. He completed a Fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery as well as a Fellowship in Procedural Dermatology at the University of Rochester Medical Center.

Andrea Thompson, PA-C
Andrea Thompson graduated from the Physician Assistant program at Quinnipiac University, Hamden, CT in 2001. After completing her degree, she began her Dermatology career in Danbury, CT where she practiced general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology for nine years.
In 2010, Andrea moved to Northwest Arkansas with her husband, a native Arkansan, and their two daughters. She joined the Advanced Dermatology team in 2010, and continues to grow her general dermatology and cosmetic practice. She is currently accepting new patients.

Emily Staggs, DCNP
Emily L. Staggs is a Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner with more than 14 years of experience in the dermatology arena. In 2011, Emily graduated summa cum laude from Northwestern State University with her master’s degree in the science of nursing and received the Outstanding Graduate Student award from Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. After graduation Emily became nationally certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She then joined a private dermatology practice in Shreveport, Louisiana where she provided quality medical and cosmetic dermatologic care to area residents of all ages. While practicing in Shreveport, Emily successfully completed the requirements and certification exam set forth by the Dermatology Nursing Certification Board to obtain the prestigious title of Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner (DCNP). For two and a half years Emily continued to practice dermatology in Shreveport until she accepted a position with Dr. Lance Henry at Advanced Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center and moved to Arkansas.
As a member of the dermatology team at Advanced Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center, Emily provides general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology services to people of all ages. At this time, she is available in the office Monday thru Friday and is accepting new patients and most health insurance plans.
Emily and her husband reside in Fayetteville with their two dogs and one cat. Together they enjoy the outdoors, travel, sports, cooking, reading, and experiencing new places and cultures. They are both very excited about their new home in Northwest Arkansas and are looking forward to exploring all the things their new city has to offer.

Ryan Crowder, PA-C
Ryan Crowder received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from Purdue University and graduated from the Physician Assistant Program at Harding University with a 4.0 cumulative grade point average. While attending Purdue University, Ryan worked for IVDiagnostics, a biotechnology company, as a researcher assisting in the development of novel methods to diagnose cancer and monitor patient response to medical therapies. During his professional training at Harding University, Ryan completed seven of his clinical rotations in the Northwest Arkansas area, which included two in the field of dermatology. These elective rotations are where he developed a special interest for the dermatology specialty. Ryan currently lives in Fayetteville. He enjoys cycling, hiking, canoeing/kayaking, fishing, and cooking. Ryan is glad to become a permanent resident of Northwest Arkansas and looks forward to enjoying all the area has to offer. Ryan has achieved Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) Diplomate status by completing the nationally recognized distance learning initiative provided by The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. This is the highest honor available as a dermatology Physician Assistant. In addition to his practice experience, Ryan is also a member of several professional organizations, including:
