The expert staff, led by double-Board-certified Surgical, General, and Cosmetic Dermatologist and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgeon, and Fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon Dr. Lance Henry, provides the highest quality skincare and body contouring services using the most advanced techniques and state-of-the-art technologies. The ultimate in relaxation and rejuvenation, right next door to our sister company Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, PLLC. Dr. Henry personally researches and tests each new treatment, service, and product to ensure we provide our clients with only the proven best.

We are proud of the expertise of our staff. With three Board-certified Dermatologists, four Physician Assistants, Arkansas’ only Dermatology-certified Nurse Practitioner, eleven licensed Aestheticians, five licensed Massage Therapists, and several Airbrushed Tanning Specialists, you will find the skincare and body sculpting expert you are looking for and be assured that you are being treated by the very best.

Our Fayetteville spa is gorgeous with a body sculpting suite, couple’s massage room, private self-tanning room with heated floors, and separate men’s and women’s lounge and locker areas. Our Harrison spa is the area’s only medical spa and offers Hydrafacial, microneedling, laser rejuvenation, laser hair removal, chemical peels, and more.

In September 2023, we added a beautiful, new full-service spa location in Rogers, conveniently located near Pinnacle Promenade and the Wal-Mart Amp, right off I-49

Our treatments and services include Ultra RF, Genius RF Microneedling; light and laser skin treatments; cosmetic fillers and Botox; the most advanced body contouring including CoolSculpting Elite, EMSCULPT, and Cellulite Reduction; medical-grade facials (like DiamondGlow and Hydrafacial); SkinPen microneedling; airbrush tanning; chemical peels like Melanage and VI Peel; the most pain-free laser hair removal; laser tattoo removal; spider vein treatments; and vaginal rejuvenation treatments.

We also host a complete skincare retail store online with curbside pickup and delivery for your convenience with brands like SkinMedica, Rhonda Allison, eltaMD, Revision, Nutrafol, and even our own private label skincare, Advanced Skin Therapy. Our online store is also a great source for gift giving. Shop gift cards, Daycation and Spa packages, and wonderful skincare products anyone would be thrilled to receive.

Another great way to save is by becoming a Revive VIP. We have two options with our VIP program a monthly membership program and a savings account option.

Where to start

We recommend starting with an in-depth Complimentary Consultation or Visia® Complexion Analysis with one of our skincare experts. (If you need a Cosmetic Consultation on Botox, filler or other injectables, there is a $100 fee, which is then applied towards any injectables purchased.) We will then create a customized treatment plan which can include both skincare and body sculpting, depending on your own personal goals.
