Dr. Lance Henry, M.D.

Dr. Lance Henry is a Board-Certified Dermatologist, Fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon, and Cosmetic Dermatologist, that provides comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic treatments to patients at Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, PLLC. He was the first Fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon Dermatologist in Northwest Arkansas and with the most experience—having performed over 13,000+ Mohs procedures for the treatment of skin cancer.  Dr. Henry was also the first Fellowship-trained procedural Dermatologist in Northwest Arkansas—having completed advanced training in Neuromodulators, fillers, lasers, and cosmetic surgery.

In addition to providing highly specialized care to his patients, Dr. Henry is an adjunct professor and teaches Family Practice residents with the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences AHEC Medical Training Program.

Dr. Henry is an Arkansas native, being born and raised in Jonesboro, Arkansas.  He attended the University of Arkansas- Fayetteville, where he graduated #1 in his class with a 4.0 GPA with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. He received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and received the Barton Foundation Scholarship for having the highest grade point average in his medical school class.

Upon completion of his medical degree, Dr. Henry completed his internship and residency training in dermatology at the University of Arkansas School of Medicine and served as Chief Resident during his final year. He completed a Fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery as well as a Fellowship in Procedural Cosmetic Dermatology at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, New York.

In addition to his practice experience, Dr. Henry is also a member of several professional organizations, including:
