Mattie Dotson, RN, BSN, joined our team in 2025 as a Cosmetic Injector and sees patients in both our Rogers and Harrison locations. As our aesthetic practice continues to grow, we are thrilled to welcome Mattie and all the warmth, experience, and skill she brings to our team.

A Glimpse Into Her Life

Outside of the clinic, Mattie enjoys life on the ranch with her husband and their two beautiful children. Together, they raise beef cattle and quarter horses. Her roots run deep in the country—but don’t be surprised to find a bottle of SPF, a little Botox, and some hyaluronic acid always within reach!
