Our Harrison spa is the area’s only medical spa and offers Hydrafacial, microneedling, laser rejuvenation, laser hair removal, chemical peels, and the latest in skincare products to customize your routine at home. Our newest location in Rogers is a full-service medical spa, like Fayetteville, conveniently located near Pinnacle Promenade along I-49.

Our treatments and services include Ultra RF – our exclusive and comprehensive skin rejuvenation solution, Genius RF Microneedling; light and laser skin treatments; cosmetic fillers and Botox; the most advanced body contouring including CoolSculpting Elite, EMSCULPT, and proven Cellulite Reduction that eliminates cellulite at its source; medical-grade facials (like DiamondGlow and Hydrafacial); SkinPen microneedling; airbrush tanning; chemical peels like Melanage and VI Peel; the most pain-free laser hair removal; laser tattoo removal; spider vein treatments; and vaginal rejuvenation treatments.

We also host a complete skincare retail store online with curbside pickup or shipping for your convenience with brands like SkinMedica, Rhonda Allison, eltaMD, Revision, Nutrafol, and even our own private label skincare, Advanced Skin Therapy, curated by our dermatology experts. Our online store is also a great place to find the gifts they really want. Shop gift cards, Daycation and Spa packages, and wonderful skincare products anyone would be thrilled to receive.

Throughout the year we host savings events you definitely want to add to your calendar like our Spring Refresh Revive Real Savings Event and our Fall Signature Soirée. These special events allow you to save on your favorite treatments and products to achieve your skin and body rejuvenation goals. Another great way to save on all things skin is by becoming a Revive VIP. We have two options with our VIP program a monthly membership program, which includes a monthly facial or massage, and a savings account option, where you contribute monthly to a savings account to be used towards treatments and skincare. Both of these VIP programs include discounts on treatments and skincare to be enjoyed all year long.

Where to start

We recommend starting with an in-depth Complimentary Consultation or Visia® Complexion Analysis with one of our skincare experts. (If you need a Cosmetic Consultation on Botox, filler or other injectables, there is a $100 fee, which is then applied towards any injectables purchased.) We will then create a customized treatment plan which can include both skincare and body sculpting, depending on your own personal goals.
