My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful experience today at Revive in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and we cannot say enough great things about our technician, Morgan. We both had the DermaV laser treatment done, and from the moment we arrived, Morgan made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and completely at ease. Any time you are having a laser treatment done, it is natural to have questions or feel a little unsure about what to expect, but Morgan’s professionalism, confidence, and warm personality immediately made the entire experience feel easy and reassuring.

Morgan was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process in a way that was clear, helpful, and easy to understand. She did not rush us at all, and she made sure both my wife and I felt informed and comfortable before beginning our treatments. That level of care really stood out to us. It was obvious that Morgan takes pride in what she does, and her attention to detail showed throughout the entire appointment.

During both of our DermaV laser treatments, Morgan was attentive, gentle, and very reassuring. She checked in with us, made sure we were comfortable, and handled everything with such a calm and confident approach. She has the perfect balance of being professional while also being extremely personable and easy to talk to. That is something you do not always find, and it made a huge difference in our overall experience.

What impressed us the most was not only Morgan’s skill as a technician, but also how kind, friendly, and genuine she was. She made both of us feel like we were in great hands the entire time. Her knowledge, patience, and care helped make the appointment smooth, comfortable, and stress-free from beginning to end.

Relaxing environment, and friendly welcoming staff. Hannah is very knowledgeable about all things skin. She did a great job and i left with hydrated, glowy, healthy looking skin.

honestly i was a little nervous going in but they made me feel super comfortable right away. the place itself is calm and clean, not stuffy or anything which i appreciated. i got a facial and my skin has never looked this good, seriously glowing for days after. already planning when i can go back.

Great staff, I didn’t feel like I was being sold a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. They helped educate me on what I needed for the issue I was having. I had held off for years because I didn’t think these services were for someone like me, but they made me feel like I was at the right place and I never once felt judged. I look forward to going back.

Love Revive! Love the friendly greeting I get every time I walk in! And I love the DiamondGlow that I get from Sarah. She is amazing! The facial always gets rid of dead cells and I am noticing so many discolorations in my skin clearing up. Sarah can also give you the advice you need on which products are best for you.

I had my second DiamondGlow facial with Sarah yesterday and am really pleased with my results so far. I’ve been dealing with HRT related acne for months. Sarah recommended several products that have really delivered. I used the wash and serum as she recommended and the red, painful irritation has disappeared, as well as most of the deep, hard to heal blemishes. On top of giving on point advice, she gives a wonderful treatment, and is so kind and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend her. Finally, all of the staff at Revive are welcoming and professional.
