Mattie’s Philosophy

I have loved my career as a nurse because it has allowed me to serve others. I want to make a difference and help others enhance their natural beauty. Aesthetics has always been my end goal because of the way the field has positively affected my own confidence. I have loved my own results with fillers and neurotoxins. I want to help others look and feel their best! As they say, “Great skin, great mood, great day!”. Taking care of ourselves allows us to take care of others.

Mattie graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2014 from the University of Arkansas. Since then she has worked with every age group from nursery to assisted living. In 2024, she got certified by the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics to start her journey injecting.

Personal

When I’m not pursing this dream I’m on the ranch with my family. My husband and I have two beautiful children and raise beef cattle and quarter horses. It’s a very full life! Honestly, I’m just a country girl that loves a little dose of hyaluronic acid, Botox, and, of course, SPF!

Whitney’s Philosophy

I believe that injectables are a way to enhance one’s beauty and boost self-esteem. My goal as an injector is to empower people, so they can reclaim their self-confidence and give them a place to embrace self-love. I started this journey over six years ago when I graduated with my nursing degree. Two and half years ago I transitioned to aesthetics, working for a plastic surgery center. The first time I had someone tell me they have never felt so beautiful I knew this was my calling. I have an artistic eye, a great understanding of facial anatomy, and I listen.

Whitney is a graduate from the University of Arkansas. Woo Pig! She received her BSN in Nursing in 2018. She began her nursing career in Labor & Delivery with new moms and their babies. While she loved her work, she felt a calling to make a change to Plastic Surgery, which led her to discover her passion for aesthetics, and a cosmetic nurse injector was born.

A Master-level trained Coolsculpting Elite provider and an Allergan Medical Institute Faculty Trainer for DiamondGlow and SkinMedica, Sarah is passionate about educating her clients on body sculpting, skin rejuvenation, and how to best implement custom skin care regimens. Sarah loves partnering with her clients in achieving their skin and body goals. She adores the her wonderful relationships she has built with clients and aesthetic educators. Sarah’s goal is for her clients to leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and confident in their appearance.

Sarah attended the University of Arkansas and received her bachelor’s degree in accounting. Following graduation, she pursued a career in the corporate accounting world. Years later Sarah realized her passion for aesthetics and skin rejuvenation.

After gaining her aesthetician license in January 2006, Sarah began her aesthetics career and joined Revive Day Spa in 2007. Within a few months, Sarah was named Spa Director. Sarah went on to be the Owner and Spa Director of Revive Day Spa.

In 2013, she joined with Dr. Henry and his team to build the award-winning Revive Medical Spa, LLC. During her years as Spa Director at Revive Medical Spa, LLC, Sarah’s love and passion for medical aesthetic services grew. To ensure that her clients were receiving the absolute best care, and so she could continue to build on her knowledge of premier medical skin care techniques, Sarah became the Lead Licensed Aesthetician in 2016, giving her the ability to completely focus on her clients while building on her renown expertise.

April earned her aesthetician license in 2005 and began her career working at the #1 ranked spa in the Dallas area. In 2017, she moved up to Northwest Arkansas and began her career at Revive Medical Spa, LLC and is now one of our Lead Aestheticians.

Growing up, April had issues with her skin and, as a result, felt insecure. She always enjoyed learning about skin and how to heal and rejuvenate the skin. As soon as she learned about the world of aesthetics and the roles of aestheticians, she knew that was her purpose in life. She believes beautiful skin is a combination of many inputs – skincare, diet, exercise, lifestyle, stress, etc. and works with her patients to educate them on these factors.

Hattie, a Northwest Arkansas native, is passionate about helping others reach their skincare goals. Hattie began working at Revive Medical Spa, LLC in 2019 as an airbrush spray tan specialist, growing a large following of happy clients. At the time, she was pursuing a degree in education, but quickly realized how much she loved the aesthetics industry and redirected her career goal to become an aesthetician.

Hannah Stone is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician at Revive Medical Spa, LLC in our Harrison location. She is also a SkinPen Ambassador. Hannah is a native to the Northwest Arkansas area, born and raised in Berryville. Since her teenage years, Hannah has always taken an interest in the aesthetics industry, spending hours watching videos and catching the latest trends. In particular, she loved to see the drastic improvements to skin that could be achieved with the correct treatments and care.

Hannah graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with BBA degree in Marketing. After graduation, she worked as the Marketing Director for CS Bank. Since Kat was a child, she always was intrigued by the medical field. She knew growing up she wanted to have a career in the medical field, but life took her in a completely different direction. She went to university in Russia, graduating in 2003 with bachelor degree in Management and began working in hospitality. In 2006, she moved to Houston, spending the next 16 years there.

In 2015, she got an opportunity to work at the front desk at a Dermatology clinic. She knew immediately this was where she always wanted to be, working in the medical field. After working at the front desk, she became a licensed Medical Assistant in 2017 and then earned her certification as Dermatology Technician in 2021. In April of 2021, she began working for Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, PLLC. You may recognize her as an amazing member of Andrea Thompson PA-C’s team.

Because of her passion for the Dermatology field, she decided to further expand her career and train to be a medical aesthetician. In 2023, she graduated from Academy of Professional Cosmetology as a Licensed Aesthetician and began her career as a medical aesthetician, work she truly loves.

Kat loves helping people feel confident in their own skin. As a teenager, she struggled with acne, learning, firsthand how damaging skin issues could be to one’s self confidence.

While in Aesthetician school, she also got her license in touch therapy. Touch therapy includes knowledge of pressure points, the Gua Sha Stone method, and stress relief for the scalp, neck, and shoulders. This translates to: she provides an amazing facial experience.

Kat is bilingual, speaking both Russian and English.

Aly Belanger

As a Registered Medical Assistant since 2016, Aly joined Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, PLLC in July of 2020. Aly has been an integral part of Dr. Lindley’s team, assisting with general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology patients.

Her motivation to become a Licensed Aesthetician came from her love for dermatology, the fulfillment that comes from providing clients with the results they’re seeking and her complete love of skincare and all things beauty.

Aly comes to us with a wealth of skincare knowledge, thanks to her experience in dermatology on Dr. Lindley’s team. Part of what differentiates Revive Medical Spa, LLC is that our sister company is Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, PLLC and is right next door to all of our spa locations. Meaning, we have access to medical professionals that specialize in the care of skin, hair, and nails just a few steps away.

Beyjo has worked as a massage therapist for over 23 years, and her clients love her! She works in both our Rogers and Fayetteville locations. Check out her rave reviews on Google.

She brings with her a wide range of massage techniques from a relaxing Swedish to a sports-type deep tissue complete with stretches to warm the body and muscles. Her specialty is relaxing her clients while still using body responsive firm pressure.

Beyjo loves learning and is currently adding to her massage knowledge by pursuing certification in palliative and end of life massage.

Amanda McDaniel

Amanda is a licensed massage therapist and yoga instructor. She graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelors in Sociology in 2009. Yoga sparked her interest in the resilience of the human body and led her onto the path of massage therapy.

She specializes in prenatal massage, cupping therapy and Gua sha and incorporates many modalities into her work. She has experience working in many settings including yoga studios, day spas, schools, and acupuncture clinics and is excited to join the our team providing working with clients in Rogers.

Outside of work, Amanda loves to garden, hike, and kayak — the lake is where she finds her peace. Reading, live music, spending time with her family and dogs are also some of her favorite things.

CONSULTATIONS

Good skin starts with a consultation to create a treatment plan based on your goals – whether is is anti-aging, pre-juvenation, body contouring, fat elimination, cellulite elimination, acne treatment, brightening your skin, removing age spots or acne scars – whatever is important to you to help you feel your best.

We have two types of consultations – an in-depth skincare/aesthetic consultation or cosmetic/injectable consultation. An aesthetic consultation is free of charge and is scheduled with one of our aestheticians. A cosmetic or injectable consultation is scheduled with one of our medical providers. There is a $100 fee for a cosmetic or injectable consultation, but that can be applied towards the injectable or treatment you decide to schedule.

We recommend scheduling consultations periodically as your skin changes. As we age, our skin changes, and it is important to take notice of these changes, altering treatments and products as needed during a new consultation. Remember, you are never too old to look younger.

Our Aestheticians and Medical Providers love to sit down with clients and patients to review their goals and options. I am a health care worker and wearing a mask all day had caused acne breakouts as well as making my pores bigger. Morgan is great! She’s knowledgeable, professional and so super nice!
