Lance Henry, M.D. is Northwest Arkansas’ leading expert in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer. Dr. Henry is one of only two American College of Mohs Surgery Fellowship-trained Mohs surgeons in Northwest Arkansas. World-wide, there are only just over 1,500 Mohs Fellowship-trained surgeons. Education

Dr. Henry is a Northeast Arkansas native. After graduating from Jonesboro High School, he attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, where he graduated with a BS in Microbiology. He received his medical degree and completed a residency in dermatology at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Little Rock. Dr. Henry then completed a one-year combined Mohs College and ACGME fellowship in Mohs Surgery and Procedural Dermatology in Rochester, New York.

Experience

Dr. Henry has practiced in Northwest Arkansas since September 2007 and is an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at UAMS. He is a double Board-certified Dermatologist and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgeon and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of the three most prestigious Dermatology Associations – the American Academy of Dermatology, the American College of Mohs Surgery, and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery.

Dr. Henry’s work has appeared in numerous publications, presentations and research findings regarding advances in the field of dermatology.

Seth Martin M.D. FAAD

Seth Martin M.D. joined Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, PLLC in Fall 2024. Dr. Martin is a double Board-Certified Dermatologist and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgeon as well as a Fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon, the gold standard for the removal of skin cancer. He completed his Dermatology Residency at University of Virginia Health System Department of Dermatology, where he was the Academic Chief Resident. He provides cosmetic, surgical, and general dermatology to patients of all ages.

Being a Fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon means Dr. Martin is among the elite skin cancer specialists as there are only 1500 world wide with his qualifications. Mohs surgery is a skin cancer treatment, which involves both the removal of a cancer that takes the minimal amount of healthy tissue and the reconstructive surgery, generally during the same visit. Dr. Martin graduated Magna Cum Laude from Greenville University Southern Illinois with bachelor’s degrees in biology and chemistry and was also a 2-sport college athlete (javelin throw and basketball). He received his medical degree from University of Virginia School of Medicine, Charlottesville and completed his Dermatology Residency at University of Virginia Health System Department of Dermatology, where he was the Academic Chief Resident. Dr. Martin authored numerous journal articles and a textbook chapter on dermatology.

Dr. Martin is a Board-certified Dermatologist and Fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon, the gold standard for the removal of skin cancer. Dr. Martin completed his Mohs Fellowship training in Birmingham, Alabama under the well-known Dr. Christopher Harmon, author of “Mohs Micrographic Surgery: From Layers to Reconstruction”, one of the primary textbooks used by Mohs fellows during training. Further, Dr. Harmon is known for advancing novel techniques to reduce the appearance of scars from skin cancer removal.

He is a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society, American Medical Association, Medical Dermatology Society, American Academy of Dermatology, an Associate of the American College of Mohs Surgery, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.

Dr. Martin has written many publications and abstracts in the field of Dermatology and on Skin Cancer. He is also an active volunteer in his community in both the medical and personal areas.

A Midwest native, he grew up in Springfield, Illinois on a small hobby farm and is an avid outdoorsman with a passion for mountaineering, mountain biking, and snowboarding.

Linsey E. Lindley M.D. Ph.D. FAAD

Linsey Lindley, M.D. Ph.D. joined Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, PLLC in Fall 2021. Dr. Lindley PhD, a Board-certified Dermatologist, provides cosmetic, surgical, and general dermatology to patients of all ages. She completed her Dermatology Residency at UT Southwestern Department of Dermatology in Dallas, Texas. She was also the Chief Resident at North Texas Veterans Affairs Hospital.

Education and Memberships

Dr. Lindley graduated with Research Honors from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida with her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and Minors in Chemistry and Biology. She then earned both her PhD, in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, and M.D. at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in Miami, Florida. She is a member of the Society for Investigative Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and a fellow at the American Academy of Dermatology.

Dr. Lindley has been involved in research for over 15 years, resulting in numerous journal publications and presentations at nationally and internationally recognized scientific conferences. Dr. Lindley also has a passion for volunteer work with her endeavors spanning high school, medical training and beyond with countless student, resident and community-based outreach efforts to provide medical care to the underserved both in the US and abroad.

Dr. Lindley and her family love living in NWA! They enjoy the great outdoors, exercise, and travel.

Mark Naylor M.D.

Mark Naylor, M.D. joined Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, PLLC in April 2024 and brings a wealth of experience as a triple board-certified Dermatology Physician, as a Dermatology Professor at University of Oklahoma, and in skin cancer research. We are tremendously excited he has joined our team.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Dr. Naylor graduated from University of Texas with his Bachelors in Chemistry and received his medical degree from Texas Tech University, where he was awarded both the Superior Achievement Award in Dermatology and the Lange Publication Award for Excellent Performance in Medical School. Following graduation, he completed a Sabbatical Year for Molecular Research and a basic Cancer Research Fellowship. Further training he received postgraduate was a Masters Workshop: Advanced Flaps and Aesthetic Facial Reconstruction, a Closure Course, and Fundamentals of Mohs Surgery. He is triple board-certified in Dermatology, Internal Medicine, and Micrographic Surgery.

Prior to joining our team he worked in Texas as a Dermatologist and Mohs Surgeon for 14 years. Before being in private practice, he was an Associate Professor in the Dermatology section at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center for 17 years and served as Vice-Chairman of the Department of Dermatology for two years. He has also done extensive skin cancer research and is an expert in this field.

Andrea Thompson PA-C

EDUCATION

Andrea Thompson, PA-C earned her Master’s Degree in Health Science and is a graduate of the Physician Assistant Program at Quinnipiac University, a private university in Connecticut. After her receiving her Certification of Physician Assistants from the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants, Andrea began her dermatology career at a private practice in Danbury, Connecticut. For nine years, she built a successful practice providing dermatology care in the areas of general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.

MOVING TO NORTHWEST ARKANSAS

In 2010, Andrea joined Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, PLLC and moved to Arkansas with her husband, a native Arkansan, and their two young girls. Andrea Thompson, PA-C has been with Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, PLLC almost since its inception and enjoys sharing her general and cosmetic dermatology expertise with the Revive Medical Spa, LLC side of our practice.

She continues to grow her general and cosmetic dermatology practice, with treatments including Filler, Botox, RF Microneedling, and laser skin resurfacing and rejuvenation. Though Andrea sees patients with any dermatologic issues, Andrea’s passion is providing state-of-the-art treatments that rejuvenate and revive one’s appearance and skin.

Ryan Crowder PA-C

Ryan Crowder PA-C has been with Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, PLLC since 2014. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Purdue University and graduated from the Physician Assistant Program at Harding University with a 4.0 cumulative grade point average. While attending Purdue University, Ryan Crowder worked for IV Diagnostics, a biotechnology company, as a researcher assisting in the development of novel methods to diagnose cancer and monitor patient response to medical therapies.

Ryan Crowder, PA-C is a Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) Diplomat Fellow, the highest honor available as a Dermatology Physician Assistant. In addition to his practice experience, Ryan is also a member of several professional organizations, including:

Ryan is a patient favorite, and it shows when you read his reviews on Google. He takes a very gentle and straight-forward approach to treating skin conditions and diseases on the General Dermatology side. On the Cosmetic Dermatology side, he is very thoughtful and thorough is his consultations and recommendations.

Ryan is also very passionate about proper sun protection and early skin cancer diagnosis though monthly skin cancer self-exams and annual in-office skin exams.

Jon Dickson PA-C

Jon Dickson PA-C has been with us since January 2023. He received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science degree from Belhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi, where he was a student athlete on the men’s soccer team. He then received his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Harding University, where he was the SAAPA State Chapter Student Representative and spent a clinical rotation with Advanced Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center, PLLC. This sparked his desire to practice dermatology. He is very happy to now be one of our medical providers.

Jon is a Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) Diplomat Fellow, the highest honor available as a Dermatology Physician Assistant. He is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants(AAPA) and the Arkansas Academy of Physician Assistants (ARAPA).

Jon practiced Interventional Radiology in his hometown of Tyler, Texas for two years after receiving his Physician Assistant certification and recently relocated to Northwest Arkansas to pursue his career in dermatology. He is excited to plant roots in a part of the country he fell in love with many years ago. 

In his free time, Jon enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, such as hiking, camping, biking, mountain climbing, disc golf and tennis. He also is an avid actor and looks forward to pursuing opportunities in the NWA theater community in the years to come. Jon’s parents and two sisters currently live in Tyler, Texas, but he hopes to convince them to join him in Northwest Arkansas one day.

Wil Ross PA-C

Wil Ross PA-C joined our team in the Fall of 2024. He received his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from John Brown University in Arkansas and his Master of Health Science from University of Oklahoma Health Science Center, College of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine.

Previously, he had been working as a Dermatology Physician Assistant in Oklahoma City since 2018.

He is a Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants Diplomate Fellow upon completing their didactic training program, the highest honor available as a Dermatology Physician Assistant. He has been a Dermatology Clinical Instructor for the Oklahoma City University Physician Assistant Program since 2019. He is also a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the Oklahoma Academy of Physician Assistants, and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

His dermatological interests include skin cancer treatment/prevention, skin health and graceful aging. He also enjoys gardening and outdoor fun, saying he’d like to one day have his backyard be his grocery store. He and his family are enjoying NWA’s biking and hiking trails.

Whitney joined our team in 2024 as a Cosmetic Injector, and we are so excited to welcome her! She will play a vital role as we continue to expand our cosmetic team to meet the needs of our clients and patients.

Whitney’s Philosophy

I believe that injectables are a way to enhance one’s beauty and boost self-esteem. My goal as an injector is to empower people, so they can reclaim their self-confidence and give them a place to embrace self-love. I started this journey over six years ago when I graduated with my nursing degree. Two and half years ago I transitioned to aesthetics, working for a plastic surgery center. The first time I had someone tell me they have never felt so beautiful I knew this was my calling. I have an artistic eye, a great understanding of facial anatomy, and I listen.

Whitney is a graduate from the University of Arkansas. Woo Pig! She received her BSN in Nursing in 2018. She began her nursing career in Labor & Delivery with new moms and their babies. While she loved her work, she felt a calling to make a change to Plastic Surgery, which led her to discover her passion for aesthetics, and a cosmetic nurse injector was born.

Sarah Krauft

Sarah attended the University of Arkansas and received her bachelor’s degree in accounting. Following graduation, she pursued a career in the corporate accounting world. Years later Sarah realized her passion for aesthetics and skin rejuvenation.

After gaining her aesthetician license in January 2006, Sarah began her aesthetics career and joined Revive Day Spa in 2007. Within a few months, Sarah was named Spa Director. Sarah went on to be the Owner and Spa Director of Revive Day Spa.

April Pearson

Roxanne first started her career in California as a massage therapist in 1992. This led her into the journey of skincare, becoming a licensed Aesthetician in 1996. For the last 25 years, Roxanne has been actively working as an Aesthetician for many different types of facilities, which gives her a very wide range of experience, including well-known plastic surgeons, medical spas, and destination spas. In addition, Roxanne’s clients have included celebrities, royalty, and a few other VIPs.

Roxanne had planned to retire with her move to Arkansas, but soon found she missed the business, missing the clients, the comradery of working with a team of skincare professionals, the friendships you develop, and the intoxicating beauty business! Hannah Stone

Hannah Stone is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician at Revive Medical Spa, LLC in our Harrison location. She is also a SkinPen Ambassador. Hannah is a native to the Northwest Arkansas area, born and raised in Berryville. Since her teenage years, Hannah has always taken an interest in the aesthetics industry, spending hours watching videos and catching the latest trends. In particular, she loved to see the drastic improvements to skin that could be achieved with the correct treatments and care.

Hannah graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with BBA degree in Marketing. After graduation, she worked as the Marketing Director for CS Bank. While loving her position in the marketing field, she knew her passion lay with the skincare industry and felt led to pursue a career path that would allow her to provide results-driven aesthetic solutions, her passion from an early age. To this end, she values the importance of continuous education, striving to stay abreast of the latest industry knowledge in order to bring her client’s the absolute best skincare.

Meredith Johnson

Meredith is a licensed aesthetician with a passion for attaining optimal skin health and body confidence through results-oriented treatments.

As a teen, Meredith struggled with acne and other skin conditions, which led her down the path toward the aesthetics industry. In 2013, she graduated with her aesthetician license and has made skin health and patient satisfaction her number one priority ever since.

Meredith understands the frustrations and insecurities that can go along with skin health and body image. Education, whether for skincare or body sculpting, and achieving results are always the two-fold focus in the treatment plans she customizes for her clients.

Katerina Mekel

Since Kat was a child, she always was intrigued by the medical field. She knew growing up she wanted to have a career in the medical field, but life took her in a completely different direction. She went to university in Russia, graduating in 2003 with bachelor degree in Management and began working in hospitality. In 2006, she moved to Houston, spending the next 16 years there.

In 2015, she got an opportunity to work at the front desk at a Dermatology clinic. She knew immediately this was where she always wanted to be, working in the medical field. After working at the front desk, she became a licensed Medical Assistant in 2017 and then earned her certification as Dermatology Technician in 2021. In April of 2021, she began working for Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, PLLC. You may recognize her as an amazing member of Andrea Thompson PA-C’s team.

Because of her passion for the Dermatology field, she decided to further expand her career and train to be a medical aesthetician. In 2023, she graduated from Academy of Professional Cosmetology as a Licensed Aesthetician and began her career as a medical aesthetician, work she truly loves.

Kat loves helping people feel confident in their own skin. As a teenager, she struggled with acne, learning, firsthand how damaging skin issues could be to one’s self confidence. 

While in Aesthetician school, she also got her license in touch therapy. Touch therapy includes knowledge of pressure points, the Gua Sha Stone method, and stress relief for the scalp, neck, and shoulders. This translates to: she provides an amazing facial experience.

Kat is bilingual, speaking both Russian and English.

Aly Belanger

As a Registered Medical Assistant since 2016, Aly joined Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, PLLC in July of 2020. Aly has been an integral part of Dr. Lindley’s team, assisting with general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology patients.

Her motivation to become a Licensed Aesthetician came from her love for dermatology, the fulfillment that comes from providing clients with the results they’re seeking and her complete love of skincare and all things beauty. 

Aly comes to us with a wealth of skincare knowledge, thanks to her experience in dermatology on Dr. Lindley’s team. Part of what differentiates Revive Medical Spa, LLC is that our sister company is Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, PLLC and is right next door to all of our spa locations. Meaning, we have access to medical professionals that specialize in the care of skin, hair, and nails just a few steps away.

Beyjo Gunnell

Beyjo has worked as a massage therapist for over 23 years, and her clients love her! She works in both our Rogers and Fayetteville locations. Check out her rave reviews on Google.

She brings with her a wide range of massage techniques from a relaxing Swedish to a sports-type deep tissue complete with stretches to warm the body and muscles. Her specialty is relaxing her clients while still using body responsive firm pressure.

Amanda McDaniel

Amanda is a licensed massage therapist and yoga instructor. She graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelors in Sociology in 2009. Yoga sparked her interest in the resilience of the human body and led her onto the path of massage therapy.

She specializes in prenatal massage, cupping therapy and Gua sha and incorporates many modalities into her work. She has experience working in many settings including yoga studios, day spas, schools, and acupuncture clinics and is excited to join the our team providing working with clients in Rogers.

Outside of work, Amanda loves to garden, hike, and kayak — the lake is where she finds her peace. Reading, live music, spending time with her family and dogs are also some of her favorite things.

Abegail Sims

Abegail Sims began her career in 2013 and has had the privilege of working in many diverse setting, which truly has enhanced her skills as a massage therapist. Her journey started at the world-renowned Korean Hot Spring Resort in the Philippines. Later, she moved on to become a Mobile Massage Therapist in Abu Dhabi. These experiences greatly enriched her practice and approach to client care. She is fluent in both Tagalog and English.

She moved to the United States from Abu Dhabi, UAE in 2019 and went to Massage School at the University of Arkansas in Rich Mountain, achieving her Arkansas Massage license in 2024. Relocating from Waldron, Arkansas to Fayetteville to start her career here at Revive.

She specializes in a variety of modalities tailored to target muscle tension, improve mobility, and relieve stress. Abegail strives to make every session an exceptional experience for her clients, ensuring their expectations and goals for the appointment are met.

In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family and read.

Cheyenne Wallace RN

Cheyenne started working at Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center in 2014 as a Registered Medical Assistant. While working as a RMA, she attended Nursing School at Crowder College, graduating in 2019 and then obtained her title as a Registered Nurse.

After graduation, she transitioned to working with Dr. Henry in assisting with his Mohs surgery patients, working as a peri-operative nurse within the Fayetteville onsite surgery center, Advanced Ambulatory Surgery Center, LLC. In 2021, she was promoted to the role of Clinical Director, running the surgery center. She is always doing a million things and is a critical part of our team.

Cheyenne loves staying busy! Being outside (hiking and fishing) and spending time with my family are where she finds her joy! She has an amazing husband, two adorable children, and a really ornery dog. 

Fun Fact: Cheyenne was a traveling phlebotomist before becoming an RMA.

Amy Iverson CST

Amy has been with Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, PLLC since 2011 (Wow!) and is a vital part of our team!

She is a Certified Surgical Technologist. Her duties include keeping us organized for surgeries and assisting in surgeries. She did her surgical technology training at Northwest Technical Institute in Springdale, Arkansas.

She has lived in Arkansas for 22 years (her heart), but she is from Minnesota (her soul). She loves all seasons except for Summer! She is a devoted boy mom and enjoys refinishing furniture.

Fun fact: She is a true crime and paranormal fanatic.  

Histo Technician

Brooke Painter RMA HTs

Brooke has been with us since receiving her medical assistant license in 2017. She added Histo Technician to her certifications in 2019. As part of Dr. Henry’s team, she assists him in surgeries and works in the Mohs lab processing tissue for Mohs surgery.

Brooke is Arkansas-born and raised and considers herself a small town girl. Her friends and family are the most important things to her. She is native to the Potawatomi tribe, which is where she gets her love for turquoise jewelry and where she gets her long black hair.

Fun fact: She has a real life my little pony named Sprinkles with pink hair.
