VIP Maintain is our monthly treatment membership designed for ongoing skin care. Members receive a monthly facial or massage, along with preferred pricing on select aesthetic treatments and skincare. VIP Maintain page to learn more.
VIP Repair
VIP Repair is designed for clients focused on rejuvenation. Monthly payments are banked toward future treatments, allowing members to plan for services such as laser treatments, injectables, or body contouring while receiving preferred pricing. VIP Repair details are below.

$99.00 per month will be automatically drafted each month from the members credit or debit card beginning on the date of enrollment and each subsequent month thereafter for twelve months. Revive VIP savings account is automatically renewed at the end of the initial enrollment year and each year thereafter. Benefits can be cancelled by the VIP savings account member after the initial year of membership is complete by giving written notice to Revive Medical Spa, LLC within 30 days prior to the annual renewal date. Upon cancellation, all VIP member discounts and benefit will cease and not be applicable on any future purchases or appointments. Any money accrued will remain on account to be spent on products and services at full price and is non-refundable.
Discounts and benefits cannot be combined with other discounts and are not applicable on packages. AviClear treatment is excluded from discount.
