Striving to provide you with comfortable treatments

Looking for a more comfortable experience? Talk to us. Discomfort varies from person to person—what one guest barely notices, another may find unpleasant. That’s why we offer a range of options to ensure your comfort during aesthetic and dermatologic treatments. Our goal is for you to love both your results and the journey getting there.

We often hear people say, “It hurts to be beautiful,”—but we’re here to prove that it doesn’t have to.

Treatment comfort is our priority

Your comfort is one of our top priorities. Whether you’re concerned about pain, anxious about needles (a common fear known as trypanophobia), or just want to know what to expect, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

You’re not alone—fear of needles is one of the top 10 most common fears in the U.S. That fear can even be a good thing, prompting you to choose experienced, licensed professionals (like ours!) who prioritize your safety, comfort, and results.

You Have Options for a More Comfortable Experience

We offer several tools and techniques to minimize discomfort and make your visit more enjoyable. Ask about your options during your consultation or when booking.

NitronoxNitronox®: Comfort Control You Can Breathe

Nitronox delivers a calming blend of 50% nitrous oxide and 50% oxygen through a mask or mouthpiece, allowing you to self-administer relief during your treatment. You stay fully awake, responsive, and breathing on your own at all times.

Nitronox is an excellent choice for managing both discomfort and anxiety. There is an additional fee based on treatment and usage time. Learn more about Nitronox.

Zimmer CryoMini: Targeted Cooling Relief

The CryoMini system provides a stream of -10°C cold air, cooling the skin before, during, and after treatments—especially helpful for heat-based procedures like Genius RF Microneedling, Pearl Laser, and Ultra RF.

Unlike ice packs or cryogen sprays, the CryoMini doesn’t interfere with your treatment and provides consistent, adjustable comfort.

Topical Numbing Cream & Nerve Blocks

For treatments that may cause more discomfort, we can use topical numbing cream and/or nerve blocks to minimize sensation. These methods must be planned in advance and will extend your appointment time, as they need time to take full effect.

🚨 Important Update: Prescription Topical Numbing Cream Policy

Due to a change in regulations from the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy and the Department of Health’s Pharmacy Services and Drug Control Branch, pharmacies can no longer deliver prescription topical numbing cream directly to medical clinics.

If your treatment requires a prescription-strength numbing cream, you will now need to work directly with a compounding  pharmacy to fill your prescription prior to your appointment. We will make this extra step as easy as possible for you.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we follow the new state guidelines.

Prescription Sedatives (Pre-Procedure Only)

For select cases, we may prescribe a sedative medication to help calm your nerves prior to treatment. If this option is used, it must be taken upon arrival, and you will be required to have a driver to take you home. This option also needs to be arranged in advance.
