We have four dermatology clinics – located in Fayetteville, Rogers, Bentonville, and Harrison. We serve Northwest and Central Arkansas and beyond and offer flexible scheduling throughout the week. We also host Arkansas’ best medical spas with our flagship spa located in Fayetteville, a new spa in Rogers, and a satellite spa in Harrison.

Our owner/founder, Dr. Lance Henry, is the region’s most experienced Fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. He’s performed over 18,000 Mohs surgeries to date. There are only 1,500 skin cancer surgeons with his incredible level of advanced training worldwide.

We are fortunate to have Dr. Henry right here in our community! As the region’s most experience Fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon, he is one of only nine Fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeons in the entire state of Arkansas. Mohs Surgery is the gold standard for the removal of skin cancer, taking the least amount of healthy tissue and leaving the smallest possible scar. Our expert skin care staff includes three Board-certified Dermatologists, four Physician Assistants, and Arkansas’ only Dermatology-certified Nurse Practitioner as well as an expert and amazing team of nurses, medical assistants, surgical scrub technicians, lab technicians, and all of our supporting office staff in billing, scheduling, and at the front desk.

Our Stearns Street Fayetteville clinic was the only one of its kind in this state with a comprehensive dermatology clinic, full-service medical spa, pathology laboratory, Mohs surgery laboratory, and full-accredited Ambulatory Surgery Center, all under one roof.

Now, a second version of this world-class facility is available in Benton County at our Rogers facility! This unique setting allows patients to have Mohs surgery procedures (skin cancer surgery) and complex reconstructive post-skin cancer surgery at the same facility. Under one roof is easier for you! Meaning everything can be accomplished under one roof, many times in one visit. Having two of these types of comprehensive facilities, we will better be able to continue to provide our patients with the very best skincare and skin cancer treatment.
